How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. No cancellation fees, ever.
My resume PDF looks different from the preview — what do I do?
This is usually a font-loading issue. Open the PDF download button after waiting 2–3 seconds for fonts to load fully, or try the "Reload Preview" button before downloading.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — if you're unsatisfied within 7 days of your first payment, email us at support@smartresumeats.com and we'll process a full refund, no questions asked.
I can't log in to my account
Use "Forgot Password" on the sign-in page. If the issue persists, email us with your registered email address and we'll manually verify your account.
How do I upgrade from Free to Pro?
Click "Upgrade" in your navbar, or visit the Pricing page. Payment is handled via Razorpay and supports UPI, all cards, net banking, and wallets.
Is my resume data stored securely?
Yes — all data is encrypted at rest and in transit with 256-bit SSL. We never share or sell your resume data. You can delete everything permanently from Account Settings.
